This spring marked an exciting milestone for the Sunset Reach community as the featured Community for the 3rd Annual Taste of Home, a progressive dinner event hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA).
The event included a walkable, self-guided tour of six new models from our three award-winning builders, where visitors were treated to gourmet bites catered by Middle of the Island with craft beer pairings by Wilmington Brewing Company. Each house on the tour featured one dish, one wine, and one beer, offering a diverse sampling of homes and cuisine to delight both the eyes and the palate. Patrons enjoyed strolling from home to home, viewing all parts of the community before finishing the evening down by the water with live music, sunset river views, and delicious s’mores!
