Here at Sunset Reach, we had a blast participating in the 38th Annual Parade of Homes hosted by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA), as well as being the 2024 Featured Community for this bustling event. Both weekends were filled with fun and excitement as local residents and newcomers alike visited our community to tour our beautiful homes and experience the energy and warm welcomes that make Sunset Reach so special! Parade-goers enjoyed some of the perks that our residents enjoy daily, especially the stunning views of the Cape Fear River at sunset and the laid-back charm of a tranquil “low country” setting.
We showcased six beautiful models from our three award-winning builders: Kent Homes, Hagood Homes, and Kirk Pigford. We were honored to have three models win awards.

The Daws Creek – Hagood Homes
The Daws Creek model earned the 2024 Bronze Award nod, as well as a top choice in the Best Outdoor Living Contest.
The Lumina Island – Kent Homes
The Lumina Island model earned the 2024 Silver Award nod, as well as two Best-Of awards in the Kitchen and Bath categories.
The Saylor – Kirk Pigford
The Saylor model earned the 2024 Bronze Award nod, and provided breathtaking sunset views for both the Taste of Home event as well as the Parade of Homes.
